We practice integrative and functional family medicine and believe birth is a normal physiologic process and a life event, not simply a medical one. i’m dr. elizabeth winter and i’m a mother, wife, naturopathic doctor, licensed midwife, late-night crafter, avid gardener, and explorer of places near and far. i live on the Maine coast with my husband, John, my children, Sawyer and Sadie, our dog, Zeke, 9 chickens, and approximately 3,000 bees.
